That made me uncomfortable. And that sucks because I like Vernon. His quickstep to "Be Our Guest" had so much energy and life and I loved it so much. But this dance...oof. I hope he brings it back this week!

The song does not rlly match the dance much, I feel like the choreography was a little off as well, and he was very stiff n I could tell he wasn't comfortable doing this dance

When I first saw his hair I thought he was going to portray Rick James and dance to one of his songs.
THey should have given him a prince song or something, Bon Jovi doesn't fit him at all not enough rock n roll in this dance for me. Technique not great either.

Peta made it work... she looks like she's doing a lot of the work pulling him around the dancefloor but she made it work.

I love the concept and the stage design (reminds me of Rock of Ages), but I think that this song and concept should've been given to AJ,Nev or Jeannie. He's pretty stiff here, and he should've given something that's more of his style
Living On A Prayer was the #1 hit and with that groovy hair with Peta Murgatroyd nd Vernon, the tango, Bon Jovi's hit was the moves they're making and it was the rehearsal of the weekend before it was the dance of last night. The lessthat30pointlead was the best to give ways for her. Vernon and Peta's dance made the judge in heat.
This song is good for a Tango, and for some of you who remember back in season 15 Shawn Johnson did the same thing but it was a Tango Paso doble fusion and she did it really well

yikes that one mistake just rattled him; it obviously affected the performance. he did all the steps but they’re all just a bit pedestrian - no distinction between the legato and staccato. hopefully he’ll bounce back next week. 5/10
Bruno’s hands on his face near the beginning is exactly how I felt! His technique was definitely not there this week. Point your toes Vernon! He had flexed feet in all of the footwork and kicks. He did a better job with gapping this week but his top line was there and we was veryyy unsteady all throughout. I loved the theming and choreography... but it was very clear that this was not his style. He may be at risk next week! 6.5.

Spoiler alert in case you haven’t watched the episode yet I don’t think he should have been in the bottom 2, it should have been Nelly or Chrisell in the bottom 2 instead. Anyways he looked stiff and his footwork was flat looking. I like Veron though, his frame looks good and the choreography was good. 7.

@Smiley L Of course they're all stars in their own right, but Nelly is probably the most well known star this season. He's definitely A list. I mean when I looked at the cast list this year, the majority of the time I went "who tf is that?" The Bachelor has a huge fan base and I don't understand why. It's the same repetitive show that's been done like 205 times.

Look, I like Vernon a lot but, uh... nah. I don't know maybe it was the song choice that didn't seem to fit, maybe it was the hair getting in the way and seeming more stiff than in the past🤷♀️ He's still good I know he'll bounce back.

When the show came on and i seen him with that wig on, i knew he was in trouble
Poor Vernon looks so stiff and not in the staccato way a Tango is supposed to have. His footwork also came off very flat and at times he looked as if he was unsure where he was supposed to place his feet especially when he was either coming down or was near the stairs.
I think he got in his head. Must’ve been really nervous about elimination
