this is a cover-up by the sheriff's department. Tiger passed out at the wheel before the accident. No skid marks anywhere. No blood testing was given as far as we know. he does not remember anything about the accident which is impossible if he was conscious. But he was unconscious and proved from a by-stander who witness this. Tiger does have a history of doing drugs. The truth needs to be told.
