  • Rival of all time... can't wait to see the Swiss making it to the final.

  • My advice for Federer is to rewatch Novak dismantle RAFA at the Australian open

    Drew HendleyDrew HendleyVor year
    • Yeah. Or you know, to rewatch him dismantling Nadal in the last 3 meetings. The AO was a fight, but the next 3 were a dismantling, Nadal had no chance.

  • Roger whether you win or lose you are an amazing champion and you have nothing to prove all the best for Friday.

  • idc if he loses in straights to Rafa, he will always ALWAYS be the GOAT

  • What I want to happen is Fed beat Rafa in semis and face Djokovic in the final and mop the floor with him. If he accomplishes that he is goat for good no matter what Djokovic does. 38yrs old, first time on clay in 3 yrs, beats 3 dominant players of this era to win the French. Yeah he would be the greatest.

  • This is getting so far ahead of myself, but if Fed were to somehow pull off the near impossible and shock the world on Friday and Sunday afternoon, it would eclipse any of the incredible accomplishments accumulated over his 20 year career.

    • Most certainly, and would elevate his status as sportsman to unprecedented heights that no other sportsman has ever reached. We tend to forget that his nearly 38.

  • Roger has nothing to lose in the semi. His mentality on reasons to play clay is spot on. You want to play the best...thats Rafa on clay. He isn't afraid of it or him. Shows how big his heart is. Vamos Roger xxx

    • @sunny days You act like Rafa is a teenager or something. He's no spring chicken either. They both are great but it's hard not to see what Rafa has done especially at RG. Rafa is my favorite player but I will definitely acknowledge the greatness of Federer. Too bad you have tunnel vision & can't see that they both are awesome. Maybe you can just enjoy watching & not putting down one player over another. It really makes you look uneducated. Just saying.

    • If Federer can play with the same mindset he had as in the 2017 Aus Open final, I think he will have a 40% chance to win against Nadal

    • @shlng Doomsday....i don't think so. Playing on clay after so many years away has been great. Something Rafa wouldn't be able to do in his late 30s.

    • Rafa was so terrified that he withdrew from the IW semis when he was about to face Federer.

      TheGeniusWhichNeverExistedTheGeniusWhichNeverExistedVor year
    • kesch Nah, Federer is not scared like Nadal was when he ran away from his 6 straight lost to Federer this year in IW.
