  • Normally you hear that a hitter "stayed on the ball" pitched outside when he hits a double down the line, an opposite field single, a bleeder that squeaks through with the infielders out of position. Its really rare for a hitter to "stay on a ball" and knock it out of the park like Lowe did. That was a great piece of hitting.

  • 1st pitcher on the 2-2 count i thought just a curve low, donest have to be good, dont hang it throws a slider down the middle hangs it, then walk a guy, then gets an out 2nd pitcher im thinking: you want ground ball to third, throw low and outside but you set him up inside inside then go outside, not outside the whole way i thought that last pitch shouldve been high and inside high and inside fastball 2 seamer thats the strike out pitch no body like to use
