You should do pretty much the same thing but you should make a 99 overall guy and put them in the draft class so he’s a really good make him a 99 bust percentage and a zero boom percentage and then make complete worst player possible put them in the same draft class and make them a 99 boom percentage and zero bust percentage

I love the new system cause in the past all the lottery rookies would turn into 90 overalls and everyone wanted 30 million dollars so it was impossible to manage money. The bust system tends to make things a little more accurate like 1-3 picks usually turn out to be good players maybe 90's and once in a while I'll see a 79 overall top drafted player only progress to like 83 which is realistic. Guys like Brandon Wright, Thabeet, Alando Tucker who were amazing in college but never progressed into the NBA happen all the time. So it's nice that the draft is more balanced with mediocre, good players who don't ask for so much money and a very select few of draft picks turn into all stars and franchise players.
Day 2 of asking Kenny to do the Naruto 2K21 Rebuild challenge. Rules: 1. You must have a hokage (leader) that is known for being a natural leader, exp. CP3. 2. You must have an akustuki (bad guy), someone that is looked at like a bad guy for something they did or just being looked at as a bad guy straight up, exp. KD. 3. You must have a jinchuriki or someone that is known for having a switch mode if it comes to them wearing something or playoffs or anything like that, exp. flu game MJ. 4. You must have someone with a visual jutsu like sharingan, byagukan, or rinnegan that has a great eye when it comes to scanning the floor and passing the ball and such (playmaking), exp. LBJ. 5. You must have someone that seeks revenge like Sasuke (someone who was done dirty by whoever and tried to get revenge for it), exp. Russ. 6. You must get someone with a razor sharp intellect like Shikamaru or someone that is known for being smart with the ball, exp. Rajon Rondo. 7. You must get a fan favorite player like Itachi that is loved by everyone (or almost) for their playing ability, person off and on the court, or whatever, exp. D Rose. 8. You must place your best player on the bench like how they did with Naruto (to of course protect him and everyone) at the beginning of the 4th great ninja war but you can play him as much as you want. 9. You must turn up the trade and game difficulty up by 15% from what you normally play on. 10. You must get bench players (as good as you want) and you must switch all of them to their prime positions, you have to check and see before you start to sim if everyone is at full power, exp. normally a center goes up in overall when you switch it to a PF. But you can leave your bench star as you want in whatever position you chose. 11. You must tell everyone who your top 5 favorite Naruto characters are (in order) before starting. That’s all there is to the rules, have fun and try to win a chip in the one year you got.

Johnny Boom had the same draft story as Patrick Williams and close to the same physicals...hopefully the same result.
If he was a 2nd round pick and averaged 13 ppg then I don't think he's a bust. Anybody outside of the lottery that is getting rotational minutes 5 years in is a good pickup IMO Good video Kenny, love the content. Keep it coming.
