  • Giving people freebee bonus pay far above their skill level and market value creates very fragile economics. If the company fails, then all these families are put into poverty. If the quality of the customer service goes up to a degree where business increases then this is just a CEO who realized he could invest in his employees and he would see a real return. Not every business situation can do this but congrats to Gravity.

  • it goes to show what treating your employees right does to workers. it also shows how grave it is that companies are keeping all the money to themselves and not paying their employees living wages. This is a perfect example, 60 new babies that wouldn't have happened or been born due to the employees not being able to raise them due to cost. It is a smoking gun in showing why birth rates in America have fell off a cliff because the gap between the 1% and everyone else is that drastic

  • Proverbs 11:25 A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. Psalm 112:5 Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.

  • Is this supposed to be serious? Are you people serious? Every company has a bubble and once this one hits it he will not have any money to make changes or invest is something else. He is literally taking all the risk of losing everything without financial backing to keep going after. Also, if everybody doubles everybody's salary, then it is all relative and prices of products go up and we are right back where we are now. Money has value because few have lots of it and many have less of it.
