"... to me is not a loss; that's a draw" he again made me laugh, but this time I already had tears in my eyes
The only man to tie for first place. Norm MacDonald.
@Westerling he's deeply closeted
That’s right, we didn’t lose Norm, he simply went into overtime because of his draw with cancer. Also, the way you write about him makes me suspect that you don’t own a doghouse.
@Thomas Stephens about what? I've made several comments in this thread.
I really miss Norm, it’s crazy to see the faces of these older comedic gentleman when it seems like just a few years ago they were just a bunch of crazy young kids I grew up watching
Can't believe norm left us 😪
Norm, you will be missed, we all love you. You're one funny son of a bitch and tough as hell. Rest in peace brother.
He kept his private life private but I'm glad he had a close family. His Mom and brother and son and hopefully ex wasn't estranged. Neil said "His brother Neil said Macdonald died Tuesday in Los Angeles from leukemia, which he was diagnosed with "a long time ago." "He kept it quiet because he didn't want it to affect his comedy," said Neil, a former parliamentary and foreign correspondent for CBC News, by phone from Los Angeles. "He didn't want it to affect the way he was perceived … He wanted to carry on. He took great pains to conceal it from everybody but family. Cancer's a roller-coaster. We hoped that he would live longer than he did, but it took a turn for the worst last month, and he went into hospital and never came out."
Hold on...Norm died? This news to me!
Norm died and we can't even agree on " fuck cancer" .
The thing I have noticed is , Norm was so liked, not just by his peers but a very large audience.
Norm expressed his contempt for the idea of "battling" disease. Glad to see that no one who supposedly cared for him cared enough to express their remorse without using the "battle" cliché.
Norm McDonald made the world a better place.
Adam’s was beyond honest. Everyone is slaughtered by Norms passing, what an unsung legend.
He was absolutely such a unique individual, the admiration and love he got from fans and peers after his death says everything.
I want to speak my heart about Norm ..thats all I got
RIP Mr dictionary
RIP Norm. He was hilarious live a mere 2 years ago. No clue that he was sick, although he did make some off-hand comment that it was probably going to be his last tour. One question, though -- why the title? Sandler's comments were no more than any of the other celebrities who commented.
Norm would have hated this fucking video. That stupid sappy music, edited together by some imbecile trying to make money off of his death. Getting attention for dying. He was better than all of this.
norman, ill see ya on the other side buddy. hopefully by then ill have come up with something witty to say.
He's prolly eating all those little kids lunches up there with chris farley!
Jon Stewart always says it best
I expected to see Norm’s comment “I can’t believe I’m dead man, there are so many dead people.. yeah being dead is just a way of not living” Or something of the sort 😁
"I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure... if you die, the cancer also dies at exactly the same time. So that to me is not a loss; That's a draw" - Norm Macdonald
So this is just pictured text. Fucking great.
Il love you NORM.. you are a chunk of diamond amongst gems..(an old Masonic saying, with Norm's material added)... you stood up your faith without the finger pointing and was never ashamed to stand up for your beliefs through your medium, comedy! You were steadfast and stalwart, doing it in a funny way to make people happy.. I can't wait to see you in your spirit form along w/ all our dead loves ones.. you are my hero..and i dont believe in that hero worship crap..but you sir..are my HERO!!!
I love all these people claiming how much they love and miss him even though 90% never even knew who he was until he died 😂
I mean youd kinda have had to had your head under a rock for about 30-40 years to not know who he is. I grew up laughing at his daily news sketches on old SNL, and now 32 i laugh at his role as Pigeon on Mike Tysons cartoon on Adult Swim. Idk i just find your comment to be logically incorrect because of how much this guy was involved in so many things alot of that 90% you speak of grew up laughing to.
Does snl still do the weekend update thing? You know who would make a great guest host: You guessed it: Charles Barkley You probably thought I was gonna suggest somebody else didnt you? Well, that's what the Germans would have us believe.
Sh**,that pic of Jon Stewart looks like HE'S got cancer too.
The LITERAL G.O.AT...... I'm not Gen Z, so I know the truth that there can only be one greatest. That greatest is Norm. I loved him like a family member and I never even saw him in person. Also, Norm lived a great life and touched countless people. Cancer just got dominated by Norm. SO, Norm still won.
Everybody has a limited time on this Earth so let's not waste any of it hating on others who think differently - in the end the only thing that counts is the love you leave behind in other people.
"I didn't even know he was sick" the Ultimate Meta Joke
Norm was a smart man. I'm hoping that his efforts to preserve real comedy continue on... Look up some of his bits, you'll laugh your a$$ off...
Rip norm. Truly one of a kind...
Chills...love you Norm. 💋💔🕯️🕯️🕯️❤️
R.i.p norm .
As usual he can't be replaced, one of a kind... I enjoyed his humor, twas a different perspective.
He didn't battle cancer, it was a draw.
"Surprise it's cancer!" Norm's final joke.
Adam Sandler, and like 5 other huge celebrities
What makes me happy is that Norm confessed to having Christ ❤️🙏
Jesus lovesme this i know...for the bible tells me so...🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Love Norm but not the clickbait title of this video
Why don't theses celebrities speak out against the border crisis? F cancer? F Biden..
The most sensible non clown comment from Jim Carey. We did lose a precious gem. RIP Norm.
So saddened to hear of his passing, He was truly one of a kind, his kind heart often showed through in-between his dry wit and humor. Rest in Peace,
Not a clue in spite of a 10 year battle with the dreaded "C".
Jim Carrey had to use the word “battle”. Norm would have hated that.
You need a magnifying glass to read the tweets.
John Stamos: "I see celebrity headlines and think someone died, but usually they don't. This time someone died though!" What a jerk.
Norm MacDonald was murdered by the Clintons.
Jim Carey isn’t funny. John Stamos is hilarious compared to Jim Carey.
We will never see a man so deeply closeted yet straight as an arrow at the same time. Now make God laugh Norm!
Once you start watching clips, sketches, talk show appearances and his hilarious podcast, you fall to a rabbit hole. Countless hours watching Norm, specialy last year 2020. His interactions with Conan an Letterman were the best, they let him do his thing and he was a comedy genius. I guess in a way he was the Andy Kaufman of our time. An imensurable loss.
Somehow Norm managed to seem like a friend to me even though I never met him.
He had cancer? What the H!
When I was really down I’d play his podcast in the background as I fell asleep, crazy to think he’s not here
Who the hell is Blake Griffin?
I'm noticing that with the sad news of his passing, both liberals and conservatives appreciated Norm MacDonald in the same way and for the same reasons. Norm MacDonald and his comedy helped unify us, even if it's just for a brief time. How many people can add that to their legacy?
I hate cancer, I have cancer.
God: For the last time, Norm, I don't have any gum!. Jesus Whispering to Robin Williams: I put him up to that.
Who is Blake Griffin?
@bilinas mini Who is Blake Griffin?
am truly sad. Rest in peace Norm. Sending a prayer to the people that were real close to him. It's bothering me and I can't imagine how the people that knew him feel. Rip
I just realized that all the comedians I love are getting old. I follow stand up comedy via multiple podcasts and youtube clips. I can't think of any that I think of as great below the age of 45. My favorite living stand up comic is now 54........and no one imagines him making it another decade.
Norm is my favorite comedian, I loved Norm, like he loved Bill Cosby, but before all of the hypocrisy. We all lost a true genius way too early, RIP McDonald.
Only really known about norm for a few months now. The man is simply brilliant. A true loss in the world of comedy
RIP to the legend Norm MacDonald.
Sometimes Norm used slang that people haven't used since the 50s.
Its part of the economic fabric now, they will never release the cures for cancer without replacing it with something else (airborne aids). Coulda cloned earth by now with all the kazillions dumped into research. Many people's entire lifes careers throughout cancer treatment industry has gone into fn the dog, with the exception of a few leaked resolves. How many loved ones do we have to sit by and watch suffer while the powers that be play world population, and economic control. Apparently we live to long for some and an older demographic sits on their cash responsibly too long. Why is no one talking about how our crops were exposed to nuclear fallout when the government tested bombs. The shit doesn't just dissipate away, it takes 1000 years for radioactive contaminated material to be safe to be near? How about why is benzene still in gas? How about all the plastic crap that contains our food, and the"safe" microwaves? If vaccines prevent it, what vaccines cause it? How about Some GM Roundup flavored wheeties? It's clear just by what they consider consumable food, they don't want us reaching that magical ss collecting age that they keep raising, probably why health industry is castrated to perform what it could.
Label the video right u click bait channel, u make it look like u have him speaking and u don't say there's 10 other celebrities
Ouch. This one hurts, loved every word that came out of this man's mouth. Laugh till ya cry Normy...
Adam reacted as he always does- he made yet another vomit-gross out movie.
